things tumblr has done in response to the porn bot and child pornography epidemic it hasn’t been taking seriously until literally just now:

• automatically marking image sets as mature content if the color palette in them registered even as vaguely “skin colored”

• deleting accounts seemingly at random, including high-traffic blogs.

• making it so that any post at all with links in it will not show up in tumblr searches.
