Human fingers can detect nano-size
objects. This means you not only
have the ability to feel a tiny bump
the size of a large molecule, but if
your finger was the size of Earth,
you could determine the difference
between a house and a car. Source

And yet its still almost impossible to find the end of the tape

cowards. i can already tell the difference between a house and a car

aziraphale: out of all the things that humanity got wrong about Up There, possibly the worst is the idea that being gay is a sin.
crowley: that’s not true?
aziraphale: of course not!
crowley: fuck, i was really hoping that was true.
aziraphale: that’s outrageous, why would you want that?
crowley: i LOVE doing gay shit! it just would’ve been really convenient if it was also part of my job description! two birds one stone!

crowley: do you have ANY IDEA how many humans are gay because of me?? what was the point, i ask you that! what was the point!!!
aziraphale: more gay people is good! you made the world a better place!

crowley: Fuck!!!!!! i’m not supposed to do that!!!!!

every year after you turn 17 you get further away from being the age of the dancing queen and that’s my least favorite thing about growing up

exCUSE ME.  DOES THIS LOOK LIKE THE FACE OF A WOMAN WHO’S CONCERNED ABOUT BEING TOO OLD TO BE THE DANCING QUEEN??

Fuck your age, put on your high heeled boots and a pair of overalls and do Meryl Streep proud.

You are the dancing queen.

Hot take: Seventeen is the age at which you get crowned the Dancing Queen.

Being older than that isn’t years away from being the Dancing Queen, it’s how many years your reign has lasted.

Additionally, the song refers to her as “only seventeen”, implying that she is unusually young to be a Dancing Queen. This seems to indicate that you can be crowned Dancing Queen at any point later in life, though traditionally it probably begins in one’s 20s.Â
